York E-sports hosts many social events throughout the year and even hosts some tournaments. YGE as an organization encourages growth of skill sets and values a passionate mindset above all. You will be given opportunities to learn and foster experience by working and learning with others who share similar interests.

Indiana Wesleyan University

Indiana Wesleyan University is excited to be offering E-sports as a varsity sport for the 2024-25 school year! Entering our second year as a program, we’ll be offering varsity positions for Rocket League, Valorant and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate!

St. Clair College

St. Clair College is located in Windsor, Ontario. Our college specializes in E-sports administration, business, networking, health sciences, community studies, engineering technology, skilled trades, as well as media art and design.

University of Waterloo

University of Waterloo is located in Waterloo Ontario. Just as a quick briefing of the program : Currently sponsored by Shopify Rebellion. We offer both team workouts and access to personal trainers both at the physical and game mental level. We’re looking into having the Shopify rebellion RLCS team coach both our A and B teams.

Illinois Wesleyan University

IWU E-sports is looking for new players in all roles in order to supplement our already amazing program! We have our own building on campus for E-sports with brand new computers, dedicated coaching for all teams, travel to LANs throughout the year, cover all travel and team merch costs for players, scholarships for all recruited players, and have a team environment centered around growth and development as a team. Our university is also top notch, ranking #7 in the nation for job placement upon graduation. I am looking for GC3+ players to build a CRL contention roster in the coming school year.

Lander University

Lander University is a native member of the Peach Belt Conference headquartered in Augusta, Georgia and also competes in the NECC in the following titles such as League of Legends, Overwatch 2, Rocket League and Valorant.

Roosevelt University

Roosevelt University’s Lakers E-sports program is downtown Chicago’s premier varsity collegiate E-sports program, boasting varsity titles in League of Legends, Rocket League, VALORANT, Call of Duty, and Super Smash Bros Ultimate. Lakers E-sports student athletes enjoy various benefits such as support from full time staff, an in person practice arena, and varsity scholarships.

Illinois College

Illinois College is one of the original schools to invest in E-sports starting in 2016 as a Varsity League of Legends program. Starting in 2023 we have moved to newer games such as Rocket League, Valorant, Overwatch 2, and Super Smash Brothers Ultimate.

Lesley University

Lesley is a critically acclaimed co-educational university cited by The Princeton Review as one of the best regional colleges in the Northeast and by the US News and World Report, making its best regional Universities list. Located in Cambridge, MA, Lesley is ideally located blocks away from Harvard Square and ten minutes outside of Boston, offering not only an outstanding education but a location that can’t be matched. Cambridge was also most recently named in the top 25 college towns in America.Brand new program. Dedicated E-sports Lab. E-sports scholarships available.

Georgian College

We are an E-sports club known as the CyberGrizzlies, and we’re always looking for new talent to join our teams! We are in the very fortunate position to have multiple top tier players at our school, and are looking to make a run in CRL, and compete in NSL. The rosters we are aiming to field in the upcoming seasons in Rocket League are: GC3+ and D3 Range.

Durham College

Carthage College

Carthage College is delivering trend-bucking growth by raising expectations for a private college experience. Founded in 1847, Carthage is located on an idyllic shore of Lake Michigan in Kenosha, Wisconsin, in the thriving corridor between Milwaukee and Chicago. Carthage Firebirds Esports currently has 24 gaming stations with custom-built PCs by Lenovo, more than 30+ games loaded onto each station, and 6 big-screen televisions for spectators. We currently compete in 7 varsity game titles for the National E-sports Collegiate Conferences (NECC) and currently offer club for games students are interested in! Toronto Metropolis University

TMU E-sports is a club registered under TMU Athletics to represent Toronto Metropolitan University in the competitive E-sports scene. Our mission is to foster an environment to create a passionate gaming community and provide top contending North American collegiate E-sports teams with resources at Toronto Metropolitan University. Our core values are as follows: competitive spirit, strength in community, academic excellence, experiential learning, and active living.

University of Guelph

The University of Guelph hosts Gryphon Gaming as an official club. We are making big strides in becoming more officially known and expanding to be able to offer scholarships, our own facility, and more in the future. The University of Guelph is a well known school in the world of Rocket League. We used to be Top 10 in North America and still currently sit within the Top 10 in Canada. The Covid-19 Pandemic made our progress become a bit shaky so we did not have teams compete during the 2020-21 season.

We livestream our matches on our official Twitch channel. We use Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok to announce new things and promote ourselves. We use our discord server as a primary base for our teams and it is open publicly to anyone who enjoys the game of RL!

University of Akron

Interested in winning? The University of Akron may be for you! With over 25 national titles to its name, Akron is home to the winningest collegiate E-sports program in the country. In addition to varsity, Akron also hosts a robust club and recreational gaming scene with over 2,500 students involved in gaming activities on campus.

Brock University

 Brock University is located near Niagara Falls in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada. We are a CRL-caliber school, having participated in CRL Fall 2021. We do not have scholarships to offer as, unfortunately, we are only recognized as a club. However, what we do have is experience and programs.  University of Southern Mississippi

Southern Miss Esports is a varsity esports program at the University of Southern Mississippi. They compete in NACE, NECC, and ECAC with around 20 teams across various game titles. Southern Miss Esports also offers scholarship options for the right players and employment opportunities for their student in the esports space.

Post University

Established in 2020, Post University Esports is built on our three core principles: Community, Curriculum, and Competition. Our gaming club has over 450 members, and runs a stream team, casual game nights, charity events and more. We are one of the only schools in the country to offer a minor, bachelor’s and master’s degree in Gaming & Esports Management where you can take classes such as Psychology of Gaming, History of Gaming, and Esports Management. 

Most of our degrees are also eligible to be earned 100% online (competing on our varsity teams can also be done online). Finally, our varsity teams compete in the NECC and ECAC in Smash Ultimate, Valorant, Overwatch 2, Rocket League, League of Legends, NBA2k and Madden – 3x Conference Champions (RL, Val and 2k) with multiple 2nd place finishes in Smash and RL. We have dedicated coaches and a dedicated esports lab on campus. Our culture is focused on improvement – we don’t care what rank you are, we care about your dedication and coachability.
